My name is Leslie Dunn. I am currently the Director of Planning and Development with Self Help Inc. I have been with the agency since 1999, in various roles and programs. Prior to Self Help Inc. I worked as a Developmental Psychologist in Early Intervention for 6 years. I have my Master's Degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College, and my BA from Umass Boston in Psychology. Over the last year honestly we were just trying to stay afloat with new requirements, funding loss, funding instabiliyt, etc. I have worked with program directors this year to again, go over ROMA and how it is a tool to use for program evaluation and improvement.
